Two RVA residents named as suspects following deadly crime spree in California

SANTA ROSA, Calif. (AP) — Authorities on Friday identified four men arrested after a daylong search prompted by two home invasion robberies in Northern California that left a man dead and another wounded.

A woman remained at large after a block-by-block search in Vallejo following a vehicle chase from Santa Rosa, about 50 miles (80 kilometers) north of San Francisco.

The four men being held without bail on suspicion of murder, robbery and kidnapping are Tyrone Mcrae, 25, of Jackson, Mississippi; Jonathan Jackson, 19, of Richmond Hill, New York; Mussie Himed, 27, of Santa Rosa; and David Ealey, 23, of Richmond, Virginia.

Jail records don’t indicate if any of the men are represented by attorneys.

The woman at large has been identified as Amber Hembree, 20, of Richmond, Virginia. Sonoma County Sheriff Sgt. Spencer Crum said she is considered armed and dangerous.

LAS VEGAS (FOX5) –

Las Vegas police on Wednesday released the identities of six adults arrest in connection with a crime spree in the west valley.

The six were identified in a series of robberies, home invasions, car jackings, burglaries and kidnappings that stretched from Summerlin to the far northwest, Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department Captain Sasha Larkin said.

They are connected to at least 14 events, according to a press release. In several of the events, police identified Dilon Hess, 22, as a suspect. Of the 14 events, Larkin detailed three.

San Jose Police Searching for Suspects in Crime Spree

San Jose has been hit by a slew of carjackings, muggings and robberies in what police are describing as a crime spree. And the suspects are still on the run.

In the latest crime, at about 9 p.m., witnesses said they saw four armed men get out of a red pickup truck at an intersection in the city’s Willow Glen neighborhood and rob a man at gunpoint. The suspects demanded his wallet then got back into the truck and sped out of the neighborhood, nearly hitting two women who just exited their car, witnesses said.

San Jose police were responding to call after call Tuesday evening. Just before the armed robbery, there was a reported carjacking in West San Jose, where suspects stole a BMW SUV at gunpoint. The suspects ended up crashing into a white sedan on Menker, near San Jose City College, police said.

Police nab 2 suspects tied to a crime spree of cell phone stores

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) – A chase ended with two people in custody Wednesday night in Colorado Springs, police believe the pair were tied to a number of robberies.

Police noticed the suspect vehicle tied to multiple robberies of cell stores Wednesday night near Delta and Hancock and started to follow it. While following the suspect vehicle, the driver took off and a chase started. Police say they reached speeds of about 65 miles per hour and used a pit maneuver to stop the suspect vehicle in the area of S. Academy and Chelton. The suspects tried running on foot, but only made it about 50 feet before they were taken into custody.

Suspects in custody after targeting women in crime spree

INDIANAPOLIS (WTHR) – Three people are in custody suspected in a dangerous crime spree attacking women on the south side of Marion County in the Camby area. Part of the area is patrolled by officers from The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department Southwest District. The suspects include an underage girl for her role in the crime spree.

The armed robberies happened near the busy intersection of State Road 67 and Camby Road. One of the victims, a mother of three, told Eyewitness News she knew something was up right away. One of the suspects stopped the mother and pretended to need help.

Ashleigh Frye said, “He said can I use your phone? I said no and I went to hit the lock button on my door.”

Caught on camera: Police look to ID 2 suspects in crime spree on Milwaukee’s south side

MILWAUKEE — Milwaukee police are asking for your help identifying two suspects wanted in connection with a December 6th crime at the Citgo Gas Station at 12th and Lincoln.

Officials say the victim, a 39-year-old woman, walked into the gas station around 6:00 a.m. An altercation ensued and the male suspect pointed a gun at the victim. The suspect and his female accomplice then fled the scene.

Suspect #1 is described as a black man between 30-40 years-old, standing 6’-6’2” tall, and weighing 160-170 pounds with a thin build.  He was last seen wearing a black skull cap type hat, a dark letterman-style jacket with light gray sleeves and a light gray hood, dark jeans and black and red shoes.

Episode 5: Chandler crime spree suspects

A crime spree through Mesa and Chandler, suspects aiming guns at an off-duty cop, and a chase through a busy mall. The three brazen suspects have never been found.

It started with a carjacking. A man was stuffed into his own trunk by a man with a distinctive tattoo. A few hours later, that same man was spotted robbing another driver in Chandler, then led an off-duty cop on a chase through a busy mall parking lot before confronting him with a gun.
