Robber in beauty mask observed as nervous while on crime spree – KTRK

Claiming an itchy trigger finger and wearing a women’s cosmetic mask, an armed thief is terrorizing the Eagle Rock section of Los Angeles with seven robberies in two weeks.

The suspect threatens to shoot store employees after a short countdown if they don’t immediately provide him with cash.

The latest robbery was Tuesday night.

“He said I give you three seconds. Give me all the money you have,” says a service station owner named “Rouben” who didn’t want to use his last name.

He covers his face with a white paper mask that is typically used in cosmetic facials.

At the Thai Eagle Rock restaurant, the gunman was just as urgent.

“He is gonna count it up. Five, four, he gonna shoot me,”says the restaurant employee.

LAPD detectives say the gun likely is an older model revolver. His demeanor is urgent and nervous.

Investigators say the man is in his late 20s or early 30s, stands about 5
