COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) – Kids out on a crime spree caused mayhem in Colorado Springs overnight, stealing cars, threatening a store clerk with a weapon, shoplifting, and leading police on a chase.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Metro Nashville Police officers arrested five teens in connection to a crime spree throughout Nashville, including a drive-by shooting that injured one person.

Their crime spree began in Nashville around 11 p.m. Thursday and ended in Hendersonville around 8:30 Friday morning.

Metro Nashville Police officers said a couple was driving on Martingale Drive in Old Hickory when the driver of an older model Camry sped up behind them.

A woman inside the car was hit by the gunfire. The couple drove to a nearby Rite Aid to call for help.

The victim was taken to Vanderbilt University Medical Center, where she underwent surgery. She’s listed in critical but stable condition.

Police searching for suspects, information in overnight crime spree

INDIANAPOLIS (WTHR) – A string of armed robberies has investigators trying to connect the dots to see if the same thieves went on an overnight crime spree.

One of first locations hit in the robbery spree is the Marathon gas station on Shelby Street minutes after midnight Monday. The suspect entered the store waving a gun, keeping his face covered, knowing the cameras were rolling the entire time.

Metro police are taking a close look at video of the armed robbery. A man wearing a mask kept his gun pointed at the clerk while ordering him to drop money into a bag. The clerk cooperated to keep from getting hurt.

The robbery is just one of several hold-ups on the city’s east side in about a four-hour period.

East side gas station customer April Stader fears if the robbers aren’t caught, they’ll strike again.

“It doesn’t surprise me here in Indianapolis,” said April Stader. “There
