SCIOTO COUNTY, Ohio (WSAZ) — A man is in jail after police say he went on a crime spree in Portsmouth.

Officers with the Portsmouth Police Department say they were called to a residential facility Wednesday at 2315 Grant Street after a report of a shooting. They found a shell casing at the scene as well as a hole in the wall of the building with a bullet lodged inside.
